The Exploration of Professional Qualities Formative Education of Higher Vocational Flight Attendant Major

提高学生的职业素养是高职教育的重要研究课题。针对学生当前的职业素养与未来空乘岗位要求的明显差距,从职业道德、意识、行为习惯和技能四个方面,对高职空中乘务专业学生的职业素养养成教育进行研究。帮助学生与职业岗位无缝对接,切实实现高等职业院校人才培养目标。

Improving students＇ vocational qualities is an important research topic of higher vocational education. Aiming at the obvious difference of current students＇ professional qualities and the future flight attendant job requirements, from the career conception, consciousness, conduct and capability four aspects, the paper researches on the professional qualities formative education of higher vocational flight attendant major. It helps to realize the connection between students and post, and to realize the goal of talents training in higher vocational colleges.
