湍流与化学团聚耦合促进燃煤细颗粒物的清除 被引量:6

Removal of fine particles with coupling of turbulent and chemical agglomeration

摘要 燃煤飞灰中的细颗粒物对人体和环境的危害很大,传统静电除尘器对细颗粒物的清除效率很低。在团聚室内设置湍流器件,改变颗粒的运动,同时喷入化学团聚剂进一步促进细颗粒物长大而清除。研究发现湍流团聚装置中涡片结构影响颗粒的流动,斜涡片比十字形涡片性能更优越;安装扰流柱后更有利于提高颗粒的数量清除效率。团聚室内颗粒浓度为3 g·m-3时,颗粒团聚清除效率最佳。在湍流与化学团聚耦合作用后,颗粒总质量清除率能达到53.6%,总数量清除率达到68.9%,但化学团聚剂对质量清除率的作用更为明显。 Fine particles of fly ash are hazardous to people' s health and environment. The removal efficiency of fine particles by traditional electrostatic precipitator is very low. In this paper, turbulent devices were set up in the agglomeration chamber to change the flow of particles. As same time, chemical agglomeration agent was in- troduced to improve the agglomeration of fine particles. The experiments found that the structures of vortex sheet affected the flow of particles. The effect of oblique vortex sheet is superior to that of the cruciform vortex ;The pin fin in turbulent agglomeration could improve the number removal efficiency of fine particles. The maximum re- moval appeared as the particles concentration was 3 g· m-3. When the chemical agglomeration agent was intro- duced into the turbulent agglomeration chamber, the total mass removal rate of fine particles could reach 53.6% and the total number removal was 68.9%. The results showed the chemical agent could be benefit to the total mass removal of fine particles.
