穴位埋线治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床研究

Clinical study of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis

目的观察穴位埋线对季节性过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效，为临床治疗该病提供一种新的治疗方法。方法将符合纳入标准的60例季节性过敏性结膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组予盐酸奥洛他定眼液滴眼，2次／天，7天1疗程。治疗组予穴位埋线＋局部滴眼液（同对照组）治疗，埋线取穴：膈俞、血海、足三里、曲池、关元、肾俞。15天1次，3次1疗程。两组均连续治疗3个疗程。结果穴位埋线在改善主要症状、体征及降低总IgE、特异性IgE上优于对照组。结论穴位埋线治疗能有效改善季节性过敏性结膜炎患者的症状和体征，并能降低血清总IgE、特异性IgE，且在改善眼痒、眼红、结膜滤泡上优于盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液（P〈0．05）。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding on seasonal allergic conjunctivitis,and to provide a new therapeutic method for the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods 60 patients with seasonal allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n= 30）. The control group was treated with orotaviridine, 2 times per day, 7 days for a course of treatment. Treatment group to the point of embedding＋local eye drops （with the control group）, buried line acupoints.. Geshu, Xuehai, Zusanli, Quchi, Guan Yuan, Shenshu. 15 days 1 time, 3 times a course of treatment. Two groups were treated continuously for 3 courses. Results Acupoint catgut embedding in improving the main symptoms, signs and reduce total IgE, specific IgE better than the control group. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis patients, and can reduce the total IgE, specific IgE, and improve the eye itching, jealous,conjunctival follicles is superior to olivine Eye drops （P〈0.05）.
