中药熏蒸联合按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症35例临床观察

The clinical observation of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage in treating 35 cases of meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye

目的观察祛风清热合剂熏蒸联合按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍型（MGD）干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者70例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组除局部滴人工泪液外，同时采用祛风清热合剂中药熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩治疗。对照组单独给予局部滴人工泪液点眼治疗。对两组的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组患者总有效率为88．57％，明显优于对照组的65．71％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论祛风清热合剂中药熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍型（MGD）干眼症疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qufeng mixture fumigation combined with massage in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction （MGD）. Methods 35 patients with 70 were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage therapy, except for local artificial tears. The control group were given topical artificial tears therapy. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57 ~//0 ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P^0.05）. Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage therapy for the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction （MGD） has better curative effect,and is worthy of clinical application .
