摘要
针对神华包头气相法聚乙烯装置中排放至火炬系统的尾气含有22%左右的C2以上烯烃组分无法回收的现状,通过对国内现存的膜分离技术、深冷分离、GPE、PSA以及组合方案的技术路线与经济性比较,选择一种适合包头烯烃厂目前运行状况的回收方案,根据实际排放数据计算烯烃回收利用率,乙烯回收81kg/h,1-丁烯单耗由0.093t/t降至0.091t/t,异戊烷单耗由1.7kg/t降至1.52kg/t,回收乙烯的同时减少排放气的火炬排放,从而降低装置能耗,并对此方案进行初步经济性分析。
