摘要
本文对薄壁件在加工过程中引起振动的因素进行了分析,通过改变工件的夹紧方式和定位基准,设计制作工装夹具和刀具几何角度,考虑加工薄壁件的合理工艺,顺利解决了工件变形问题,保证了加工质量,提高了加工效率。
The thin-walled components in processing process caused by factors of the vibration are analyzed,by changing the workpiece clamping and positioning datum,design and production of industry and trade fixtures and cutting tool geometry angles,consider reasonable process of thin-walled workpiece,successfully solved the problem of workpiece deformation,guarantee the processing quality,processing efficiency is improved.
