摘要
以中国动漫博物馆项目为例,用理论与现场实际相结合的方法,对两向斜交网状筒壳钢结构施工过程精度控制技术进行分析和讨论。在施工过程中,采用分步施工、实时监测、多点分级调节的方法,解决了两向斜交网壳结构的施工精度控制难题,极大地降低了施工成本,取得了较好的效果。
Taking the project of National Animation Museum as an example,the paper analyzed and discussed the precision control techniques for two-way oblique reticulated shell steel structure construction process by combining theory and practic.In the process of construction,the construction precision control problems of the two-way oblique reticulated shell stucture were solved by step-by-step construction,real-time monitoring and multi-point hierarchical adjustment,which greatly reduced the construction cost and achieved good results.
