摘要
建滔广场上海二期钢结构工程,为空间桁架结构,4榀箱形桁架为主要受力体系,跨度与提升高度较大。施工采用地面拼装、计算机控制整体同步提升的施工技术。通过仿真模拟对整个拼装施工过程进行分析,验证了地面拼装的可行性。同时在计算机控制整体同步提升过程中对结构各个阶段的变形和应力进行了实时检测,为结构的安全施工提供了保障。
The second stage of Jiantao square steel project in Shanghai is the construction of space truss structure.The main body consists of 4 box truss as the main system with span and long great hoisting height.During the construction,the redniques of ground assembling and integral lifting synchronous were adopted through computer control.Using the simulation analysis to analyze the whole ground assembling during the construction and verify the feasibility of ground assembling.At the same time the real-time monitoring in the construction process of the integral lifting synchronous was and provid conducted guarantee for the safety of construction structure.
