摘要
冶金铁路机车车辆定位不准会造成机车不动假象或者机车错线等问题,无法作为调配机车车辆作业的依据,严重影响运输生产效率。介绍一种冶金铁路机车车辆的定位方法,采用机车车载RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)读取器、轨道地面及车辆RFID无源标签设备,结合车辆跟随机车移动的相关性分析,通过机车计程仪等信息的核对校准和摘挂车辆的判断,实现对机车车辆实时精确的定位。实践证明,该机车车辆定位方法精确、安全、经济、高效。
The inaccurate positioning of the metallurgical railway vehicle can cause such problems as the false appearance or the mistake of the locomotive,and can't be used as the basis for the operation of the vehicle,which seriously affects the efficiency of the transportation production.The method of positioning for metallurgical railway vehicle was presented,both of the locomotive RFID reader and the ground track RFID passive tag equipment were used,and the correlation analysis of locomotive moving was proposed to achieve real-time accurate positioning of the railway vehicle by checking the mileage meter information and judging the picking and hanging of the locomotive. But the practical operation showed that the method of positioning for railway vehicle was accurate,economically safe and efficient to ensure the production.
