摘要
详细介绍了宝钢煤筒仓的工艺特点以及筒仓进料排料操作管理、筒仓进料排料程序优化设计,通过系统测试,满足设计要求。煤筒仓于2016年12月29日正式进料,并于2017年4月正式向用户输出。运行半年来,进料排料、库存控制、沉降检测均达到了预期效果。宝钢煤筒仓的建设和投用,为改善料场环境、提高自动化水平创造了较好的条件,对同行料场改造有较好的指导意义。
This paper introduces the process characteristics of coal silos,as well as the feeding and discharging operation management and program optimization in details. After system testing,the design requirements of the coal silos has been successfully fulfilled. Coal silos were put into service in December 29 th,2016 in Baosteel,and officially output in April 2017. They have been in service for half a year,the results reached desired expectation in feeding and discharging,stock control and sedimentation monitoring. The using of coal silos will improve the environment of raw material yard and pave way to improve automation level,meanwhile,it will offer an instructive guidance for raw material yard reconstruction for other raw material plants.
