宝钢钢管有害物质管理体系的实践与探索

摘要 随着经济和社会的发展,世界范围对环境保护和健康安全越来越重视,钢铁行业践行绿色制造、绿色产品势在必行。在介绍推进有害物质管理体系优势的基础上,系统阐述了宝钢钢管推进有害物质管理体系的总体思路,介绍了有害物质法律法规和用户要求收集的渠道、有害物质要求转化和风险评估的工具和方法、高风险物质的控制手段以及合规性承诺和应急响应措施。通过体系的推进和实施,宝钢钢管产品有害物质管理体系成功通过第三方机构的认证。 With the development of economy and society,world pay more and more attention on environmental protection and health and safety. The green manufacturing and green products of steel industry are imperative. Firstly introduced the benefits of implementation of QC 080000 management system and the overall thinking about how to promote the hazardous substance management system ability. Introduced the collection channel of hazardous substances requirement of users and laws and regulations,the method and tool of risk assessment and translation,and control method for high risk level and compliance commitments and emergency plans. Pipe Bar Business Unit of Baosteel have got the third part certification after the implementation of hazardous substance management system.
