摘要
空调产品系统中的节流装置包括毛细管和电子膨胀阀两种,在产品开发中需经过匹配阶段对系统性能、可靠性以及舒适性的验证,对毛细管或者电子膨胀阀的规格进行最终选择,以达到空调性能要求目标。研究表明,同一空调系统,电子膨胀阀的开度与毛细管有对应的等效关系,通过毛细管长度的数学模式建立和理论计算,然后使用固定电子膨胀阀匹配出最优关键参数,以等效原则即可通过理论模型直接确定毛细管规格。因此使用毛细管节流的空调系统可先使用电子膨胀阀调节匹配最佳性能点,进而直接确定毛细管规格。
Air conditioning products in the system including capillary and electronic expansion valve throttle device models, after matching is needed in product development stage for the verification of the system performance, reliability, and comfort, the capillary or final choice of the specifications of the electronic expansion valve, air condition performance requirements in order to achieve the target. Studies have shown that the same air-conditioning system, the electronic expansion valve corresponding with the capillary equivalent relation, so using capillary throttling of the air conditioning system can use the electronic expansion valve instead of capillary, which directly determine the specifications of the capillary.
