摘要
针对制热工况下空调室内机出现的压缩机冷媒传递异音,通过对排气管的消声器进行重新优化设计,实现对室内机声品质的改善。利用声学有限元分析软件对空调室外机的排气管路进行仿真建模,对原机方案和优化方案的传递损失进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明优化方案的消声性能优于原机方案。此外,对消声器优化方案进行了试验验证,试验结果表明室内机的声品质优于原机,进而证明了优化方案的有效性。
This paper investigated the abnormal noise of indoor unit of air conditioner transmitting from refrigerant, improved the sound quality by optimizing the muffler, established the model of suction pipe of outdoor unit of air conditioner and analyzed the transfer loss of the original machine and optimized machine. The simulation results showed that the character of noise elimination of the optimized machine is better than the original machine. Moreover, an experimental verification is conducted. The testing results showed that the sound quality of the optimized machine is better than the original machine and the noise elimination effect is obvious.
