摘要
ODP值为0、GWP值较低的环保制冷剂一般具有易燃易爆特性,如R32、R290、R600a、R161等。本文通过研究测试空调器在循环流路存在堵塞、制冷剂发生泄漏两类异常工作条件下运行参数,通过对排气压力、吸气压力、排气温度、蒸发温度和室内温度五个参数对比分析,提出关于空调器自主保护控制技术建议,避免可燃制冷剂发生燃烧爆炸,降低可燃制冷剂使用风险。
Refrigerants with 00DP value and low GWP value generally are flammable and explosive, such as R32, R290, R600a, Rt61, etc. This paper gives some advice on air conditioner self-protection method, after analyzing and comparing three performance parameters under two kinds of special working conditions, while the circulation flow-path is clogged and while it's leaky. And the five parameters are discharge pressure, suction pressure, discharge temperature, evaporator temperature and indoor temperature. Using this self-protection method, combustion and explosion of flammable refrigerants can get avoided, and the risk of use combustible refrigerant can get reduced.
