党的十九大报告作出了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的重大战略判断,开启了新时代中国特色社会主义法治新征程。必须将中国特色社会主义法治的使命与中国共产党带领人民实现中华民族伟大复兴的崇高历史使命紧密结合起来、深度融合起来。必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导思想和行动指南,把党领导人民治国理政的依法治国基本方略与新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略有机结合起来、完整统一起来,确立建设法治中国"两步走"的发展战略,坚定不移推进全面依法治国,坚持和发展中国特色社会主义法治理论,深化依法治国实践。只要能够做好上述工作,一定能够全面开启中国特色社会主义法治新征程,赢得法治中国建设的新胜利。

The Report to the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） made a major strategic judgment that the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new stage, thus starting a new journey towards socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics for a new era. The CPC must closely combine and integrate the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics with its lofty historical mis- sion of leading the Chinese people in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, ad- here to Xi Jinping＇ s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guiding ideology and guide to action, organically unify the basic strategy of ruling the country by law with that of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, implement the two-step strategy of constructing China into a law-based country, unswervingly advance gov- ernance by law in an all-round way, further develop the theory of socialist rule of law with Chi- nese characteristics, and deepen the practice of ruling the country by law. As long as it is able to do the above work well, the CPC will be able to win new victories on the new journey towards the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in a new era.
