Cortactin及CyclinD1在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的差异表达及临床病理相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨Cortactin及CyclinD1在食管鳞状细胞癌(Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma ESCC)组织中差异表达,并结合临床因素进行临床病理相关分析。方法运用免疫组织化学(Immunohistochemistry IHC)方法检测Cortactin及CyclinD1在116例ESCC组织中的差异表达情况,并分析Cortactin及CyclinD1与ESCC各项临床因素的相关性。结果 Cortactin及CyclinD1的高表达率在正常食管粘膜标本(Normal Squamous Cell,NS)组(41.9%,0%)与ESCC组(58.6%,43.9%)间相比明显升高,具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05),且在不同分化ESCC组间亦存在明显统计学差异(P<0.05);Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示:随着Cortactin及CyclinD1的高表达的升高,ESCC患者死亡率亦呈升高趋势,且CyclinD1的高表达与ESCC患者的生存率具有相关性(P=0.01)。结论Cortactin及CyclinD1在ESCC组中上调表达,可为ESCC指导预后及临床管理提供辅助参考;生存分析结果对于指导ESCC患者的术后管理,从病因学角度防控ESCC的发生发展以及早期食管癌的进展、减少晚期ESCC的发生可能具有重要分子病理学价值。 Objective To investigate the dys-expression of Cortactin and CyclinD1 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Careinoma(ESCC) and to analyze the correlations between its dys-regulation with clinicopathological parameters of ES- CC. Methods The expression of Cortactin and CyclinD1 in 1t6 cases of ESCC was detected by Immunohistochemistry, and the clinicopathological correlations was analyzed with the clinical and follow-up data of all ESCC. Results The high-expression of Cortactin and CyelinD1 was detected in ESCC group(58.6% ,43.9 %) combined with NS group(41. 9 %), which showed significant statistical difference (P〈 0.05), however there also showed significant statistical difference among three differentiated group of ESCC(P〈0.05) ;The Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that with the upregulation expression of Cortactin and CyclinD1 ,the death rate of ESCC was aslo increased,and the over-expression of CyclinD1 was correlated with the survival rate of patients(P=0.01). Conclusion Up-regulation of Cortactin and CyclinD1 may provide important role for guiding clinical management of ESCC and show potential valuable molecular pathological biomarker for prevention and control of early ESCC progress and reduction of advanced ESCC.
