摘要硬化性肺泡细胞瘤是一种发病率低的良性肿瘤,其发病主要对象是亚洲女性,由Liebow和Hubble在1956年首次提出,2015年之前称为肺硬化性血管瘤。但在2015年世界卫生组织（World Health Organization,WHO）将原本属于混杂性肿瘤中的肺硬化性血管瘤归到肺腺瘤中,并将肺硬化性血管瘤改名为硬化性肺泡细胞瘤。
