摘要 MicroRNA（miRNA）是一类非编码单链小分子RNA,由内源基因编码,长度约为20-25个核苷酸,因此又被称为微小RNA。MicroRNA能够与特定的mRNA结合,引起对应靶mRNA的降解,从而抑制其正常的翻译过程,达到基因转录后水平表达调控的目的。卵巢癌是常见的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤之一,该病发病率和致死率极高,且起病隐匿,当患者出现典型症状时大多已发展为晚期,
