摘要
本文用双波长分光光度法测定盐酸乙基吗啡滴眼液,可消除其中尼泊金的干扰,直接测定盐酸乙基吗啡的含量。测定波长为211nm和267nm,回收率为99.92%。
Ethylmorphine hydrochloride in eye drops wasdetermined by dual wave-length spectrophotometry,which eliminates the interference of ethylaraben anddetermines the content directly. The wave-lengths de-termined were 211 nm and 267nm. The recorveryrate was 99.92%.
