摘要 Golden2-Like转录因子,又名G2-Like和GLK,是一类在植物中广泛存在的转录因子,属于Myb类转录因子中的GARP转录因子超家族中的一类重要转录因子。G2-Like转录因子目前在苔藓、拟南芥、水稻、玉米、辣椒和番茄中均有发现,主要功能表现在叶绿体发育、果实品质、生物胁迫和非生物胁迫、植物衰老和激素影响等几方面,并且最近有研究表明GLK转录因子在植物根部也有表达。本综述主要对GLK转录因子进行发现历程、结构和功能的介绍,进而期望可以为今后的科研工作者提供具有一定借鉴意义的基础内容。 Golden2-Like transcription factors, also known as G2-Like and GLK, is a kind of transcription factors widely present in plants, and belong to a class of important transcription factors in the GARP transcription factors superfamily of Myb transcription factors. G2-Like transcription factors were found in Arabidopsis, rice, moss,corn, tomato and capsicum at present, its main function perform in several aspects of chloroplast development,fruit quality, biotic and abiotic stress, plant senescence and hormones, etc.. And recent studies show that GLK transcription factor also express in plant roots. In this review, we introduce the discovery processes, structures and functions of GLK transcription factors, and hope that it can provide some references for future researchers.
