摘要
为了解近几年来选育的高油酸品种的遗传多态性,本研究采用31对SSR引物对41份高油酸花生品种(品系)进行分析。结果显示,筛选出31对引物,扩增出90个等位变异数,平均每条引物为2.903个;Shannon's信息指数分布在0.229~1.347之间,平均值为0.752;多态性信息含量PCI指数分布在0.760~0.740之间,平均值为0.504。41份高油酸花生品种(品系)相似系数分布在0.333~0.889之间,均值为0.626。聚类分析显示,6个育种单位选育的高油酸花生品种(品系)分布在不同分支上,遗传多样性程度较高,研究结果不仅为高油酸育种亲本选择提供参考,而且为花生分子标记辅助育种工作的开展提供了帮助。
To recognize genetic diversity of high oleic acid peanut varieties and strains in recent years, 41 high oleic peanut varieties and strains were analyzed by 31 SSR primers. The results showed that, 90 alleles were generated by 31 SSR primers. The average number of alleles per primer was 2.903. Total Shannon information index per locus varied widely from 0.229 to 1.347 with an average value of 0.752. The mean value of polymorphism information content(PCI) from 0.760~0.740 with an average value of 0.504. The similarity coefficient value of 41 high oleic acid peanut varieties and strains was valued widely form 0.333~0.889 with mean value of 0.626.The results showed distribution on different branches peanut varieties and strains from 6 breeding institutes, with high degree of genetic diversity. The study took a great reference to high oleic acid peanut breeding.
