摘要
本试验的方案通过不同浸泡时间、不同浓度的硫酸铜溶液对罗汉松种子发芽及生长量影响研究。通过试验分析表明,用0.1%硫酸铜溶液和浸泡2 d的处理对罗汉松种子的发芽和生长量表现为最佳,其次是以0.1%硫酸铜溶液和浸泡3 d和以0.1%硫酸铜溶液和浸泡1 d为较好的处理。其发芽率、发芽势相对较高,对罗汉松苗期的生长有很大的促进作用,这给实践生产带来了一定的指导意义。
This experiment scheme by different soaking time, copper sulfate solution with different concentration on seed germination and growth of Podocarpus in fluence. Through the test and analysis show that the treatment of 2d with 0.1% copper sulfate solution and soaking on seed germination and growth of Podocarpus was the best, the second is to 0.1% copper sulfate solution and soak for 3 d and 0.1% copper sulfate solution and soaking for 1 d for better treatment. The germination rate, germination potential is relatively high, it has a great effect on seedling growth of Podocarpus, which brings some guiding significance to the production practice.
