摘要
本试验以玉米品种良玉99作为试验材料,在玉米大喇叭口期对玉米整株喷施抗蒸腾剂处理,抗蒸腾剂浓度为0.5 m L/L、1.0 m L/L、1.5 m L/L和2.0 m L/L四个浓度,以喷水处理作为对照,在喷施后第1天、第3天、第5天、第7天、第9天对玉米的光合特性和主要生理特性指标进行测定,结果表明:通过在玉米上喷施抗蒸腾剂的试验,可以提高玉米叶片中光合速率,水分利用效率,游离脯氨酸含量,叶片含水量,可溶性糖含量,降低蒸腾速率,使气孔导度下降,且最适宜浓度是1.5 m L/L。
In this st udy, Liangyu 99 maize varieties was used as test materials. the whole plants of maize were treated with the concentrations of 0.5 m L/L, 1.0 m L/L, 1.5 m L/L, and 2.0 m L/L antitranspirant respectively in the big trumpet period, and sprayed water treatment as control. Finally, the photosynthetic characteristics and physiological characteristics of maize indicators were measured after spraying on 1 d, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d, 9 d. The results indicated that antitranspirant can improved photosynthesis, leaf water using efficiency, free proline content,leaf water content, soluble sugar content, and reduced transpiration rate and stomatal opening status. The optimum concentration was 1.5 m L/L.
