摘要
采用Fenton流化床移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)强化絮凝组合工艺深度处理河北省某制革园区污水处理厂的一级生化出水。采用小试试验确定Fenton药剂最佳投加量为:FeSO_4 500 mg/L,H_2O_2250 mg/L,初始pH值为4~5。在Fenton最佳运行条件下,MBBR停留时间为43.2 h,强化絮凝剂投加量为:自适应β电位絮凝剂50mg/L,聚合硫酸铁50mg/L。中试系统对COD和氨氮的去除率分别可达71.5%和98.7%,出水COD_(Cr)和氨氮平均值分别为90 mg/L和4.4 mg/L,出水色度小于30,能够稳定达到当地政府规定的排放标准。
A process combined of Fenton fluidized bed, moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) and enhanced flocculation was applied in advanced treatment of primary biochemical effluent from a tannery wastewater treatment plant in Hebei province. The results showed that the best conditions were FeSO4 dosage of 500 mg/L, H2O2 dosage of 250 mg/L and pH value of 4-5. On the optimum conditions of Fenton reaction as well as MBBR's HRT of 43.2 h, enhanced floeculati0n dosage were self-adaption β- potential flocculation of 50 mg/L and PFS of 50 mg/L. The removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen by pilot-scale process were 71.5% and 98.7%, respectively. The effluent met the local standard with average CODcr of 90 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen of 4.4 mg/L and chromaticity color less than 30.
