摘要
焦化厂废水中含大量的粉煤灰及高硬度,影响后续生化处理系统。在废水生化处理前端增加混凝沉淀系统,通过投加PAC、PAM、石灰药剂进行混凝沉淀反应后,去除废水中悬浮固体(SS)及硬度,使用HCL调节出水pH,保障后续生化处理稳定运行。
A large amount of coal ash and hardness which exists in coking plant's wastewater may influence the biochemical treatment system operation. However, adding a coagulating sedimentation system can ensure the stability operation of the successive system, After the addition of PAC, PAM and Lime, suspended solids (SS) and hardness in wastewater can be removed. And pH value can be adjusted by HCL to ensure the stable operation of subsequent biochemical treatment.
