摘要
在生活用纸生产过程中,原纸管理常出现的当前产量数据实时性不强、前加工和后加工的数据连接出现信息孤岛等问题,造成生产效率降低和能耗增加。针对这一问题,设计了基于射频识别(RFID)的大轴原纸管理系统,此系统减少了统计员在原纸统计、单位产品能耗统计等工作的工作量;同时,对完善质检追溯数据化管理、订单管理以及整个智能工厂建设等有相当大的作用。
To overcome the short coming of poor real time ability of production statistics and the Information Islands with other systems in most of the base paper management systems, we design a base paper management system based on radio frequency identification devices (RFID) technology and apply in tissue paper mill. This system mainly solves several problems including reducing the work load of production and energy consumption of unit product statistics, improving order management system and quality traceability system, it is helpful to intelligent factory construction.
