摘要
纸质文献、档案、古旧字画等以纸为载体的文化遗产,蕴含着丰富的历史文化信息。由于保存环境以及其他因素的影响,纸质类文物在长期的保存过程中出现霉变、粘结污染物等现象,严重影响其价值及其安全保存。在纸质文物修复过程中,高锰酸钾常用于去除纸张表面滋生的霉斑及其他污染物。本文通过测试经高锰酸钾处理后纸张的白度、抗张强度、耐折度等变化,研究高锰酸钾作用于纸张后对纸张性能的影响。实验结果表明,高锰酸钾作用于纸张之后,对纸张的白度和机械强度等均产生不同程度的影响。因此,在纸质类文物修复过程中,建议慎用高锰酸钾去除纸张上的霉斑及其他污染物。
Cultural heritage such as paper documents, archives, antique calligraphies and paintings, contains rich historical and cultural information. Due to the storage environment and other factors, these paper literatures have been damaged by mould and bonded contaminants in the preservation process for long time, this phenomenon seriously affects its value and its safety. "l-he potassium permanganate is often used to remove the mould on the paper documents and other contaminants. "l'his paper studies the changes of the Sheng Xuan paper's whiteness, tensile strenghth and folding resistance after coating potassium permanganate. The experimental results demonstrate that afeter coating Potassium permanganate, paper's whiteness and mechanical strenghth are changed in different degrees. "l'herefore, in the restoration process of paper literatures, potassium permanganate should be carefiaUy used to remove mould and other contaminants.
