膀胱冲洗液温度对前列腺电切手术患者体温的影响

Effect of bladder rinse temperature on body temperature in patients undergoing prostatectomy

目的观察冲洗液温度对前列腺电切患者体温的影响。方法将60例前列腺电切患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组患者均使用37℃加温冲洗液,对照组患者使用室温(24℃)冲洗液,分别在手术开始时、使用不同量的冲洗液后监测2组患者体温变化以及观察术后有无寒战表现。结果从手术开始时到冲洗液灌入2 000 ml时2组体温比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);从冲洗液灌入3 000 ml至手术结束,试验组的体温高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。手术结束时试验组有寒战发生率为10.00%(3/30)低于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.909,P<0.01)。结论使用加温冲洗液可有效防止前列腺电切患者低体温的发生,并减少术后寒战发生,提高患者舒适度。

Objective To study the effects of bladder rinse temperature on body temperature in patients undergoing prostatectomy. Methods 60 patients with prostate electricity cut were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 30 cases. Experimental group patients were used 37 ℃ heating rinses,while control group patients were used room temperature（ 24 ℃） rinses. At the beginning of the operation,the use of different amounts of rinse solution to monitor the two groups of patients with changes in body temperature and whether the performance of postoperative chills. Results There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. The body temperature of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01）. At the end of the operation,the incidence of chills was 10. 00%（ 3/30） in experimental group lower than 80. 00% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 10. 909,P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Using heating washing fluid can effectively prevent hypothermia for patients with prostate electricity cut and reduce postoperative chills making patient comfortable.
