摘要
目的观察医用三氧橄榄油对大鼠放射性皮炎创面愈合及表皮生长因子(EGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)表达的影响。方法建立大鼠放射性皮炎模型,制备三氧橄榄油,将60只大鼠随机分为3组:模型组、橄榄油组、三氧橄榄油组,每组20只。比较治疗后5、10、15、30 d放射性皮炎愈合率及EGF、b FGF的表达水平。结果三氧橄榄油组治疗后5、10、15、30 d创面愈合率均高于模型组和橄榄油组,且橄榄油组高于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三氧橄榄油组治疗后10、15 d创面组织的EGF灰度值均低于模型组和橄榄油组,且橄榄油组低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三氧橄榄油组治疗后15、30 d创面组织的b FGF灰度值均低于模型组和橄榄油组,且橄榄油组低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三氧橄榄油可以诱导放疗后受损组织内EGF、b FGF的高表达,从而促进大鼠放射性皮炎的愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ozone oil on healing rate and the expression of EGF and b FGF of radiodermatitis in rats. Methods 60 rats were divided into three groups: model group,control group and treatment group,each group of 20 rats. The datas of healing rate of radiodermatitis,EGF and b FGF in three groups were observed at 5,10,15 and 30 days after the treatment. Results The healing rate of the treatment group at 5,10,15 and 30 days after treatment was significantly higher than that of the model group and the control group,and the control group was higher than that of the model group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). The expression of EGF in the tissue of the treatment group at 10 days and15 days after radiotherapy was significantly higher than that of the model group and the control group,and the control group was lower than that of the model group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). The expression of b FGF in the wound tissue of the treatment group at 15 and 30 days after treatment was lower than that of the model group and control group,and the control group was lower than that of the model group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The Ozone oil can induce the high expression of EGF and b FGF in the damaged tissue after radiotherapy,thus promoting the healing of radiation-induced dermatitis in rats.
