银柴胡单株种子产量与农艺性状的相关及通径分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究银柴胡单株种子产量与农艺性状指标之间的关系,为实现银柴胡种子高产提供理论依据。方法:选取单株银柴胡120株,每3株取其平均值,测定单株银柴胡株高、根长、根鲜重、地上部分鲜重、千粒重和种子产量等指标,利用SPSS线性回归法对银柴胡种子产量进行通径分析。结果:与银柴胡单株种子产量显著性相关的5个农艺性状为株高、根长、根鲜重、地上部分鲜重、千粒重,其中单株根鲜重和千粒重指标直接或间接的对银柴胡单株种子产量起到重要的影响作用,最优回归方程为Y=-1.700+0.017X3+1.078X5。结论:单株千粒重和根鲜重指标是影响银柴胡单株种子产量最重要的因素,千粒重越大,其单株种子产量相应的就较高,单株根鲜重指标对单株种子产量的影响仅次于千粒重指标,这个结果也进一步说明在田间管理过程中,改进生产措施不仅可提高银柴胡药材(药用部位)产量,也可以增加3年生植株的种子产量。 Objective: To study the relationship between agronomic traits and seed yield per plant of Stellariae Ra- dix, and provide theoretical basis for selection of high yield seeds. Methods: 120 strains single plants were randomly selected, the average plant height, root length, root fresh weight, fresh weight index of on the ground part and 1000-seeds weight were measured. The path analysis of seed and yield was conducted using spss linear regression. Results: Correlation results showed that there was a significantly correlation between the five botanical characters (plant height, root length, root fresh weight, fresh weight index of on the ground part, 1000-seeds weight)and the seed yield. And the root fresh weight per plant and the 1000-seeds weight had an directly and indirectly important effect on the seed yield, the optimized regression equation is Y = - 1. 700 +0. 017X3 + 1. 078X5. Conclusion: The root fresh weight per plant and the 1000-seeds weight were the most impor- tant factors affecting the seed yield of Radix Stellariae. The higher the 1000-seeds weight was, the higher the yield per plant was, and the effect of the root fresh weight per plant on seed yield per plant was second only to the 1000-seeds weight. The re- suits also demonstrate that in the field management process, the improved production measures can not only increase the yield of Stellariae Radix, but also the seed yield of 3-year-old plants.
