摘要
新常态作为一种相对稳定、不可逆的发展状态,已经不仅仅局限于经济领域,我国高等教育也已经进入新常态。如今,高校辅导员师生互动存在着直接互动少、角色认知分歧以及情感冷漠等现状。高校应在新常态背景下,确立以辅导员为主导,学生为主体的新型师生互动关系;明确师生共同发展的互动目标;营造民主和谐的师生互动氛围;选择贴合实际、灵活多变的师生互动方式,提高互动成效。
At present,China's New Norm,as a relatively stable and irreversible development state,has not only been confined to the economic field. Our higher education has also entered a new normal phase. Nowadays,between university counselors and students exist so many problems such as less direct interaction,role-cognitive differences and emotional indifference. Under the background of the New Norm,the colleges and universities should firstly establish a new type of teacher-student interaction,which is dominated by counselors,and widely participated by students as the main body. At the same time,the universities should also be responsible to determine the interactive goals of common development of teachers and students,creating a harmonious atmosphere of teacher-student interaction by choosing an actual and flexible method for interactions between teachers and students in order to improve the interaction effects.
