摘要
综述我国精准医学发展情况,阐述精准医学的生物学基础、核心技术,介绍测序技术与组学研究、大规模人群队列研究、生物大数据技术研发、个性化治疗技术开发状况,在此基础上对未来发展进行展望。
The paper summarizes the development situation of precision medicine in China, states the biological foundation and core technology of precision medicine, introduces the situations of research on sequencing technique and omics, cohort study on large populations,RD of biological big data technology and the development of personalized treatment technology, and looks forward to the future on this basis.
