摘要
根据某复杂难选多金属硫化矿的矿石性质,确定了"铜铅混合浮选-铜铅分离"的浮选工艺流程,小型闭路试验可以获得的铜精矿、铅精矿品位分别为13.89!、59.85!,回收率分别为72.92!、87.25!,实现了有用金属矿物铜、铅的有效分离.
Integrated with a complex multi-metal sulphide ore properties,the principle flow sheet is adopted by "copperlead minerals bulk flotation-separation of copper and lead minerals". Good flotation indexes are obtained by closed-circuit tests with copper concentrate and lead concentrate of 13. 89 ! and 59. 85 ! respectively,and the corresponding recovery is72. 92 !and 87. 25 !respectively. The separation of valuable minerals of copper and lead can be effectively achieved.
