脐带间充质干细胞防治支气管肺发育不良的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是急性呼吸窘迫综合征早产儿接受机械通气和氧疗后并发的最常见慢性肺疾病.近年来,新生儿学专家致力于研究BPD的预防和(或)治疗方法[1].基于BPD的发病机制,修复肺损伤、重建气道结构及促进肺发育成为BPD患儿必不可少的治疗原则,而旨在修复正常肺结构和功能的干细胞移植再生治疗将成为一个理想的选择.人脐带间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)因具有获取方便、来源广泛、分离及培养成功率高、免疫源性低、增殖能力强等优势,成为当前防治BPD研究的热点.目前已有较多文献探讨MSCs对BPD动物模型的潜在治疗作用[2-8]及BPD Ⅰ期的防治[9-10].MSCs有望成为治疗BPD新的干预措施,本文就此方面的研究进展综述如下.
