摘要
《资产评估法》的颁布实施将会深入影响森林资源资产评估发展,在讨论了森林资源资产及其评估的主要特征、现状与问题的基础上,为适应《资产评估法》的要求,提出应该建立专门且专业的森林资源资产评估类别和相应的管理机制和管理体系,以促进森林资源资产评估的健康发展。
The promulgation and implementation of the asset valuation law will further affect the development of forest resources assets assessment. After analyzing the main feature, current situation and the problems of the evalua-tion of forestry resource assets, this paper focused on the construction of the management model of the evaluation of forestry resource assets, suggested to establish a special and professional system.
