玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗黄斑水肿的临床观察

Clinical observation of intravitreal injection of conbercept in treatment of macular edema

目的观察玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法 32例黄斑水肿患者随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组常规行激光光凝治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上增加康柏西普玻璃体腔内注射。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(93.75%vs.75.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗6个月,观察组患眼黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度低于对照组[(227.36±30.27)μm vs.(263.25±28.69)μm](P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率稍高于对照组(25.00%vs.18.75%)(P>0.05)。结论在常规行激光光凝治疗的基础上,玻璃体腔注射康柏西普能有效减轻黄斑水肿,改善患者视力。

Objective To observe the efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept in the treatment of macular edema .Methods Thirty-two patients with macular edema were randomly divided into two groups with 16 cases each .The patients in group A were treated with conventional laser photocoagulation and those in group B were given additional intravitreal injection of conbercept . The clinical efficacy and complications were compared between two groups .Results The overall effectiveness rate was higher in group B than that in group A （93.75% vs .75.00% ）（P〈0 .05） .The macular foveal thickness after treatment for 6 months was less in group B than that in group A [（227.36 ± 30.27） μm vs .（263.25 ± 28.69） μm]（P＆lt;0 .05） .The incidence of complications was slightly lower in group B than that in group A （18.75% vs .25.00% ）（P〉0 .05） .Conclusion On the basis of conventional laser photocoagulation ,additionally intravitreal injection of conbercept is more effective in attenuating macular edema and improving the visual acuity in the patients with macular edema .
