Application of Frequency Converter Water Supply in Process Control System

摘要 变频器的技术发展是微电子和电力电子的结晶,同时助推了异步电动机控制理论的发展。在工业生产中风机水泵占有份额达50%-60%使用通用变频器将可节电30%左右。变频器具有很强大的微处理器支持,内置可编程、参数识别和通讯的功能。在自动化控制中变频器结合PLC实现过程控制是完美的组合。本设计以西门子S7-200型PLC为控制核心,利用西门子变频器控制水泵速度控制水的流量,并通过传感器的检测实现自动上水,节省了人力电能,又提高了生产效率。变频器和PLC在工业自动化生产过程中运用非常广泛,并从真正意义上实现了机电一体化。 The technical development of frequency converter is the crystallization of micro electronics and power electronics. In the industrial production of the water pump share 50%-60% and the use of general inverter can save electric power about 30%. The inverter has a powerful microprocessor support, built-in programmable, pa'rameter identification and communication functions. In automatic control, the combination of frequency converter and PLC is a perfect combination of process control. This design is based on SIEMENS S7-200 PLC as the control core, to control the water flow by the SIEMENS inverter, and realizes the detection by the sensor of automatic water supply, it saves human power, and improves production efficiency. The frequency converter and PLC are widely used in the industrial automation production process, and realize the mechanical and electrical integration in the real sense.
