摘要
针对医院的垃圾回收分类问题,设计了一种处理医疗垃圾的自动化收集系统设计方法 ,它主要包括智能垃圾桶、机械臂、传送带、贴标机四个部分。智能垃圾桶在AGV小车的基础上进行拓展设计,实现对医疗垃圾的收集和信息采集,包括循迹移动、开关桶盖、自动换袋封袋、称重以及人工设置分类等功能。通过无线通讯的方式,医疗垃圾的信息将归档到WINCC的数据库中,机械臂将垃圾桶内封好袋的垃圾转移到传送带上,贴标机实现给封袋的垃圾贴上对应的根据归档信息生成的条形码标签。处理机构通过识别条形码标签的方式对归档数据进行删除处理,实现医疗垃圾的自动化监管。
Aiming at hospital garbage classification, an automated collection system is designed for processing medical waste, it includes four parts: smart trash, mechanical arm, conveyor belts, labeling machines.
