摘要
针对目前自动洗车装置控制系统稳定性差的问题,为了提高控制系统的稳定性,设计了一款无接触的新型自动洗车装置,该系统以抗干扰能力强、性价比高的可编程控制器为核心,液晶触摸屏为人机交流界面。本文对该洗车装置控制系统的主要结构、工作原理、运行方式作了介绍,现场实验结果表明,该洗车装置控制系统稳定,节约水资源。
In order to improve the stability of the control system, a new type of automatic car washing device without contact is designed to improve the stability of the control system. The system uses programmable logic controller as the core, with strong anti-interference ability and high performance cost ratio, and also uses LCD touch screen for the man-machine interface. The main structure, working principle and operation mode of the control system of the car washing device are introduced in this paper. The field experiment results show that the car washing device control system is stable and save water resources.
