摘要
通过理论计算和仿真分析,分别研究了氮封阀驱动力矩的影响因素和变化规律。并优化了副枪氮封阀驱动机构的布置,改善了驱动气缸工况,减少了气缸数量,实践证明氮封阀开闭可靠性显著提高。
The author researched on the factors and transformation rule of seal valve drive torque and also optimized arrangement of drive mechanism for sublance seal valve, improved working condition of drive air-cylinder, redueed quantity of air-cylinder. It proves that operation reliability of seal drive is obviously improved by theoretical arithmetic and simulation analysis.
