摘要
针对渤海L油田污水生产量大幅增加、清水矿化度高结垢严重的问题,开展了清污配聚效果对比研究。以聚合物溶液的粘度为主要指标,研究了油田污水与清水对聚合物溶解、稳定性及流变性的影响,并采用扫描电镜从微观上表征了不同聚合物浓度和水质条件下聚合物的聚集形态。结果表明:污水较清水更有利于聚合物的溶解,配制的溶液在表观粘度、微观结构等性能更优,但在自身稳定性上表现较差。
To solve the problem of the large increase of sewage production, high water salinity and scaling, the research was conducted to evaluate the effect of fresh water and sewage for dissolving polymer. The viscosity of polymer solution was studied as main index to investigate the influence of sewage and fresh water on the dissolution, stability and rheological properties of polymer. The SEM was used to characterize the aggregation morphology of polymer under different polymer concentration and water quality. The results show that sewage is propitious to dissolve polymer and the polymer solution shows better performance on apparent viscosity and microstructure, however the stability shows the opposite side.
