Discussion on Cost Management of a Gas Production Plant in an Oilfield

油气生产开发企业受原油价格影响明显,在生产经营过程,需要强化企业管理水平,降低生产成本,才能取得更明显的效益。通过积极调研学习国内外先进的成本管理方案,总结分析了目前采气厂成本管理的现状,探讨了存在的一些问题,并给出了相关的措施建议。提出成本管理的全员参与性,加强预算分析,严格控制支出,建立绩效考核方案,最终有效落实成本管理的目的。

Oil and gas production and development enterprises are obviously affected by the price of crude oil. In the process of production and management, it is necessary to strengthen the management level of enterprises and reduce production costs, so as to achieve more obvious benefits. In this paper, the advanced cost management programs at home and abroad were investigated and studied, the present status of cost management in gas production plants was summarized and analyzed. Some existing problems were discussed, and relevant measures and suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening budget analysis, controlling the expenditure, establishing performance appraisal programs, and so on.
