摘要
化工生产工艺的优化是提高产品产率、实现规模化生产的重要工作。响应面法是一种新兴的优化技术,是综合试验设计和数学建模的优化方法,可有效减少试验次数,考察各因素间的交互作用,通过模型优化求解,给出更准确的优化方案。在化工生产工艺优化中,响应面法是一个有效的优化技术。
The optimization of chemical production process is an important work to improve product yield and achieve large-scale production. The response surface methodology is a new optimization technique for comprehensive experimental design and mathematical modeling, it can effectively reduce the number of experiments, and investigate the interaction between the various factors, and propose more accurate optimization scheme through model optimization. In the optimization of chemical production processes, the response surface method is an effective optimization technique.
