双偏心柔性密封球阀及其在化工中的应用

Operating principle and structural features of double-eccentric soft seal ball valve were introduced. Lots of performance advantages were also presented, such as big flow-capacity, quick opening or closing, torque seal, gap compensation, small frictional resistance, long-life and so on. Different seal materials could be chosen to adapt to low/middle/high temperature medium with solid phase particles. Currently, double-eccentric soft seal ball valve had been applied instead of gate valve in new device construction and old device modification during chemical process, which achieved good results.
