Discussion on the Construction Experience of Online Monitoring System of Water Supply Quality in a Northern City

以北方某市为例,介绍城市供水水质在线监测系统构建的经验,主要包括监测点选择、监测项目选择、在线设备选择、在线设备的安装、传输素材的安装、管理系统的构建、管理系统的运行和维护等方面。本城市供水水质在线监测系统共设立监测点121处,监测范围覆盖该市七个行政区,能够实时监控出厂水和管网水的水质安全,在突发水质污染事故的时候能够及时预警,为科学决策提供技术支撑。该系统的构建、运行和维护经验可以为将来全面推行水质在线监测系统提供可靠的理论依据。

Taking one northern city as an example, the construction experience of online monitoring system of water supply quality was introduced, such as monitoring point selection, monitoring project selection, online equipment selection, installation of online equipments, construction of management system, and so on. The online monitoring system of urban water supply quality has set up 121 monitoring points, which covered seven administrative regions of the city. It can monitor the water quality safety of real-time finished water and pipe network water. It can also provide technical support for scientific decision in the water pollution accidents. The experience of this system construction, operation and maintenance can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the future implementation of water quality on-line monitoring system.
