摘要
节点机房停电后,由于无法及时发电且三相发电机资源有限,极可能因高温而导致退服。文章中给出了一种基于新风冷气机和智能通风系统的节点机房应急降温与节能系统,对系统进行了运行配置与控制设计。为降低系统之间故障耦合性提出了新风冷气机或智能通风系统与空调间无任何电气连接的联动方案,并给出了无电气连接联动控制逻辑。通过试点评估,安装此系统可以解决节点机房停电后高温退服隐患,提升了节点机房的可靠性,并实现了节能。与未安装此系统相比,节能率达60%。
After the power failure in the node room,due to unable to generate electricity in time,and the three-phase generator resources are limited,it is likely to retire due to high temperature. In this paper,an emergency cooling and energy saving system based on a new air conditioner and an intelligent ventilation system was presented,and the operation,configuration and control of the system were designed. In order to reduce the coupling between the systems,a linkage scheme between the fresh air conditioner or the intelligent ventilation system and the air conditioner without any electrical connection was put forward and the control logic without electrical connection was also given. Through the pilot evaluation,the installation of this system can solve the problem of high temperature service failure after the power failure in the node room,improve the reliability of the node room and realize energy saving. Compared with the system without installation,the energy saving rate was 60%.
