摘要
为研究螺旋桨的梢涡脱落规律,基于STAR-CCM+软件平台,采用重叠网格技术和大涡模拟方法,通过求解纳维-斯托克斯方程,对螺旋桨的速度场和涡量场进行了详细的研究,并且比较了不同进速系数下螺旋桨梢涡形态的差别.数值研究结果表明:基于正交网格的大涡模拟能够较好地模拟螺旋桨的梢涡形态,低进速系数下螺旋桨的梢涡强度增大并且显得比较紊乱;高进速系数下螺旋桨梢涡则呈现出比较规则的螺旋涡管形状.
By using the overset grid technique and the large eddy simulation(LES)method,the velocity field and the vorticity field of the propeller were calculated by solving the Navier-Stokes equations based on the STAR-CCM +software,and the vortex morphology of the propeller under different speeding coefficients was compared.Numerical results show that the LES based on the orthogonal grid can simulate the tip vortex morphology of the propeller well,and the tip vortex intensity of the propeller increases and appears to be disturbed at low speed coefficient as,while it shows a more regular spiral scroll shape at high speed coefficient.
