基于操动机构配合公差的断路器灭弧性能研究 被引量:3

Study on influence of fit tolerance of transmission mechanism on arc-extinguishing characteristics of circuit breaker

摘要 针对操动机构配合公差对高压断路器灭弧室灭弧性能的影响,建立了操动机构和灭弧室联合仿真模型.通过对比联合仿真计算结果与工程试验所得数据,验证了联合仿真模型的准确性与适用性.研究结果表明:操动机构系统的配合公差等级与配合数量对灭弧室灭弧性能影响较大,配合公差等级对灭弧室灭弧性能的影响主要体现在灭弧室关键部位气体压力变化的滞后性,滞后时间最长为0.002s;考虑不同公差配合数量时,灭弧室关键部位气体速度幅值变化较大;通过选择合适的配合等级与配合数量能够提升灭弧室灭弧性能. In order to investigate the influence of fit tolerance of transmission mechanism on arc-extinguishing performance of circuit breaker,a coupling simulation of arc-extinguishing chamber and mechanism was developed.Comparing the result of coupling simulation model with the data obtained from engineering tests,the coupling simulation model was proved to be reliable and feasible.It is shown that the rank and quantity of the fit tolerance have a great effect on the arc-extinguishing performance.The influence of the tolerance grade mainly embodies in the hysteresis of the gas pressure change in the key parts of the arc extinguishing system,and the longest lag time is 0.002 s.Considering the influence of different tolerances quantity,the gas velocity amplitude of the key parts of the arc extinguishing chamber change greatly.The arc-extinguishing performance can be improved by selecting the proper grade and amount of fit tolerance.
