尾矿颗粒性质与压缩固结特性的关联性研究 被引量:7

Research on correlation of tailings particle properties and compression consolidation properties

摘要 为了研究颗粒组成对黏性尾矿压缩固结特性的影响,对重塑黏性尾矿进行显微观测和侧限压缩试验,讨论了黏性尾矿在细观组成上的特点,分析了细观组成特征和宏观压缩固结特性之间的联系.研究结果表明:相比粉性尾矿和砂性尾矿,黏性尾矿具有黏土矿物多、颗粒表面分维数低、棱角性较弱的特点;重塑黏性尾矿的压缩系数始终大于粉性尾矿和砂性尾矿,而它们的固有压缩曲线相互重叠,且都处在Burland曲线以下;黏性尾矿有微小的次压缩现象,其次固结系数随固结压力的增长而增大,随时间的增加而减小. Influence of particles composition on compressibility of clayey tailings was discussed through microscopic experiment and confined compression test.The characteristic of the mesoscopic constitution of clayey tailings was discussed,and micro-macro correlation was analyzed.Research results show that clayey tailings have more clay minerals than silty tailings and sandy tailings.The fractal dimension and angularity of clayey tailings particles are lower than the others.The compression coefficient of clayey tailings is greater than silty tailings and sandy tailings,and their intrinsic compression line is overlapped under Burland curve.Tiny secondary compression is observed in the test of clayey tailings.Secondary compression coefficient increases with the increase of consolidation pressure,while time is the opposite of consolidation pressure.
