摘要 高速数据采集系统可以快速准确记录瓦斯爆炸实验装置中的各种物理量。其性能直接影响瓦斯灾害的发生机理、特性及演化传播规律研究的结论。针对爆炸被测量持续时间极短、物理量变化较快的特点,以高速数模转换器、可编程门阵列和微控制器为核心,构建信号采集、存储和处理平台。利用负延时触发技术和单片SDRAM的乒乓储存技术,实现短时间内数据的快速采集和存储,由改进的曲面拟合方法对采集的散乱数据进行曲面拟合。经实验验证,该装置能够较好地对瓦斯爆炸实验装置不同位置的压力和温度进行实时多路采集和拟合,达到了预期效果。 High speed data acquisition system can provide an accurate and quick record of various physical quantities in the gas explosion experimental device and demonstrates a performance with a direct effect on the occurrence of gas disaster mechanism,evolution characteristics,and propagation law of research conclusion. This paper responding to a very short duration in which an explosive device is measured and a quicker physical change,introduces a system using high speed digital to analog converter,programmable gate array and micro controller as the core to construct signal acquisition,storage,and processing platform. The paper describes how data can be captured and stored quickly in a relatively short period of time using negative delay trigger technology and the ping-pong storage technology of single chip SDRAM and how curved surface fitting of scattered data is rendered possible by an improved method of surface fitting. The results verifies that the device could promise a desired effect thanks to its ability of a better real time multi-channel acquisition and fitting of the pressure in different locations of the gas explosion experimental device.
